Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Attach Hair does not intentionally store complete card numbers, card-security codes, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords. We may receive limited payment information such as payment status, transaction reference, payment method and billing details.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, Shopify and our approved technology providers may automatically collect information such as:

Hair Match Quiz results and consultation recommendations are guidance only. They are based on the information provided by you and do not guarantee a particular aesthetic result or product suitability.

Anonymous Browsing and Personalised Advertising

You may browse parts of our website without giving us your name, email address or phone number. However, Shopify and approved analytics or advertising providers may recognise your browser or device through cookies, pixels and similar identifiers.

These identifiers may be used to measure website activity, limit repeated advertisements, build advertising audiences and show relevant Attach Hair advertisements on platforms such as Google or Meta. This is commonly called personalised advertising or retargeting.

Anonymous or pseudonymous browser targeting does not mean that Attach Hair can send an email or WhatsApp message without having the relevant contact details. Direct messages can only be sent where contact information has been provided and their use is permitted.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our approved providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies for:

WhatsApp, AiSensy and Customer Communications

If you contact us through WhatsApp, request WhatsApp support, submit your WhatsApp number, or otherwise agree to receive WhatsApp communications, your name, number, message content and related interaction data may be processed by WhatsApp, Meta, AiSensy and Attach Hair.

We may use these channels for customer support, order and appointment updates, abandoned-checkout assistance, requested product guidance and promotional communications where permitted. You can request that promotional WhatsApp messages stop by replying STOP or contacting us.

Please do not send passwords, payment PINs, complete card details, government-identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

Video Consultations and Hair Photographs

Consultations may be booked through Google Calendar and conducted through Google Meet or Whatsapp. Google may process appointment and meeting information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Hair photographs or videos voluntarily supplied for a consultation, shade match or product recommendation will be used only to provide the requested guidance and related support. Attach Hair will delete these photographs or videos within thirty (30) days after the consultation, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve an active complaint, dispute or support request.

How We Share Personal Data

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with:

  • Shopify: To host and operate our online store, checkout, accounts, analytics and related commerce services.
  • Payment providers: To authorise, process, verify and reconcile payments and refunds.
  • Courier and logistics providers: To fulfil, track and deliver orders, manage failed deliveries and process approved returns or exchanges.
  • Communication and consultation providers: Including WhatsApp, Meta, AiSensy, Google Calendar, Google Meet and email-service providers.
  • Analytics and advertising providers: Including Google and Meta, for website measurement, campaign reporting, audience creation and advertising, subject to applicable preferences.
  • Review, support, security and technology providers: To collect reviews, provide support, secure the website, prevent fraud and maintain business systems.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: Where reasonably necessary for legal advice, accounting, compliance, enforcement, fraud prevention or a lawful request.
  • Business successors: If all or part of the business is reorganised, financed, sold or transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Payment, checkout, courier and shipping providers receive order information to perform their services. They are not authorised by Attach Hair to use that information for their own unrelated advertising.

Attach Hair does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

When retention is no longer necessary, information will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of, subject to technical backup cycles and legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. You may stop promotional WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or contacting us. Service messages required to fulfil an order, secure an account, manage a consultation or respond to a request may still be sent.

You may also manage available cookie and advertising preferences through the website’s consent tools, your browser settings and the controls supplied by the relevant advertising platform.

Children and Users Under 18

Our website is intended primarily for adults aged eighteen (18) and above. Anyone under eighteen should use the website only with the supervision and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should place any order and provide any required consent on behalf of a minor.

If we learn that personal data relating to a minor has been provided without the required parent or guardian involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is required by law.
