1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Any return request raised after this period may not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

If you wish to return a product, it must remain in the same condition in which it was delivered:

• Unused and undamaged.
• In its original packaging with all components.
• No alterations: Do not cut, wash, style, or color the product before the return is completed.

Once the product reaches us, we verify if it matches the original shipment. If the returned product has been altered, used, or does not match our records, the return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.

If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method. The timeline for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to the same strict condition checks. Please choose your exchange product carefully: Exchanged products are not eligible for further returns or refunds.
