These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of attachhair.com, your purchase of products from Attach Hair, and your use of our related services, including customer accounts, the Hair Match Quiz, consultations and customer support.

In these Terms, “Attach Hair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Attach Hair. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer or person using our services.

By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, booking a consultation or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Eligibility and Adult Supervision

Our website and purchasing services are intended primarily for people aged eighteen (18) or above. Anyone under eighteen should use the website only with the supervision and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should place any order and provide any required consent on behalf of a minor.

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when creating an account, placing an order or booking a consultation. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe that your account or credentials have been accessed without permission. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or comply with law.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product dimensions, weight, density, length, texture, shade, construction and other characteristics may have reasonable manufacturing or natural variations.

Human-hair products may contain minor natural differences between units. Colours may also appear different because of lighting, photography, editing and individual screen settings. Such minor differences are not defects where the product remains materially consistent with its description.

All products remain subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart, wishlist or account does not reserve it.

Hair Care and Product Use

Please review the product description, care instructions and product-specific eligibility before purchase and use. Hair products should be handled, stored, washed and styled carefully.

Heat tools, colouring, bleaching, chemical treatments, cutting, washing, styling products and improper care can permanently change or damage human hair. Any such treatment is performed at the customer’s own discretion. We recommend using a qualified professional where appropriate and testing products or treatments cautiously.

Using, wearing, washing, styling, cutting, colouring or altering a product may affect its eligibility for return or exchange as described in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST or other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time before an order is accepted. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

If we discover a material pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement. If we cancel a prepaid order because of a pricing error, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order-confirmation message confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product or variant unavailability.
A material price, description or technical error.
Payment failure or inability to verify payment.
An incomplete, invalid or unserviceable delivery address.
Suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, misuse or breach of these Terms.
A legal, regulatory or safety requirement.

If Attach Hair cancels a prepaid order, the amount collected for that order will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after initiation depends on the bank or payment provider.

We may apply reasonable purchase limits or contact you to verify an unusually large, repeated or suspicious order.

Payments and Cash on Delivery

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and security practices.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders with a total value of up to and including ₹5,000, subject to postal-code serviceability, courier availability and successful order confirmation. Orders above ₹5,000 must be prepaid.

You remain responsible for all authorised charges associated with your order.

Customer Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting help@attachhair.com or WhatsApp +91 88288 28632 with your order number.

A cancellation is effective only after Attach Hair confirms it in writing. If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refusing delivery does not create a right to a return or refund. Any product-related claim after delivery will be handled under the applicable Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and your statutory rights.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver only within India. Processing times, estimated delivery times, Cash on Delivery limits, failed-delivery procedures and lost-parcel procedures are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, transport interruptions, public holidays, local restrictions, public events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. If a parcel is returned after a failed delivery, one complimentary re-delivery attempt will be provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

Our product-specific Return, Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-selection errors, colour or shade preference, length or texture preference, suitability, or other personal preferences.

Claims concerning a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of delivery. A qualifying uninterrupted and uncut unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The available remedy depends on the eligibility disclosed on the applicable product page and the outcome of inspection. Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No Separate Commercial Warranty

Attach Hair does not provide a separate product warranty beyond the express product description, our published policies and the rights or remedies available under applicable law.

This clause does not exclude legal guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Hair Match Quiz and Product Recommendations

The Hair Match Quiz and other recommendation tools provide general product guidance based on the information you submit. Results are not professional, medical or diagnostic advice.

Recommendations do not guarantee an exact colour match, blend, fit, appearance, comfort or aesthetic result. Product selection remains your responsibility. If you are uncertain, contact our support team or book a consultation before ordering.

Video Consultations

Consultations provide general product, shade, styling and selection guidance. They are not medical services and do not diagnose or treat hair loss, scalp conditions or any health condition.

Consultation recommendations depend on the accuracy, lighting and completeness of the information and images provided. We cannot guarantee an exact shade match, blend, fit or result. Customers with medical or scalp concerns should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Consultations may be scheduled through Google Calendar and conducted through Google Meet. Appointment availability and platform operation may depend on third-party services.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions and usage limits stated with the relevant offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Only one discount code may be applied to an order.
Promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
A discount applies only during its stated validity period and while eligible stock remains available.
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

Attach Hair does not currently sell gift cards.

Reviews, Photographs and Customer Content

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials and other original content you provide.

Attach Hair will use identifiable customer photographs or videos for public marketing only after obtaining the customer’s permission. When permission is provided, you grant Attach Hair a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and share the approved content for the agreed marketing purposes.

You confirm that content submitted by you is truthful, lawful, belongs to you or is submitted with the necessary permission, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not invalidate authorised use that occurred before the request or require recall of materials already lawfully produced or distributed, unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the Attach Hair name and branding, logos, product descriptions, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, quizzes and original design elements—are owned by or licensed to Attach Hair and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website and download or print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, exploit or create derivative commercial material from our content without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
Provide false information, impersonate another person or use an unauthorised payment method.
Interfere with website security, operation, availability or another customer’s use.
Introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping tools or unauthorised bots.
Attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation.
Misuse discounts, promotions, reviews, returns, consultations or customer-support processes.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders or take other reasonable action where we believe these Terms have been breached.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, courier, analytics, advertising, communication, consultation, review and support providers.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Attach Hair does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that internet-based services may involve processing by Shopify and other providers required to operate the store.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may correct errors, perform maintenance, update content, change features or temporarily suspend parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

We will not knowingly alter an accepted order without contacting the customer, except where necessary to comply with law or address fraud or security concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attach Hair will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and did not arise directly from our breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorised alteration, cutting, colouring, chemical treatment, excessive heat, normal wear, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, governmental action, strikes, transport disruption, internet or utility failures, courier disruption, civil disturbance or similar events.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance when reasonably possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, providers, business practices or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not unfairly alter an order already accepted.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure by Attach Hair to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer right to bring a claim before another competent forum, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, the website, our products or our services.
